Bodylines is primarily a coach building and fabrication workshop, but we can offer, should you require, a full restoration service, using other small specialist companies, that are local to us, we are very fortunate to have an unusually high concentration of very skilled and knowledgeable small businesses within just a few miles of our workshop.

Unlike many of the specialist companies that you may come across, we, at Bodylines have never claimed to be able to undertake every aspect of a car restoration on our premises, we don’t know of anybody that can, if the truth is known.

We feel that being open about this fact, avoids any confusion and also saves the customer a lot of money over the course  of a full restoration, for the simple reason, that we do not add any hidden commission charges whatsoever to your bill, you can deal direct with the other companies yourselves, should you wish, or just pay us for our time only, to oversee the project.

As already mentioned, our specialty is the restoration of classic car bodies, or the fabrication of new bodies, for prototypes and one off projects. We can provide the facilities to completely scratch build a new car, whether it is a replica of your favorite car, or maybe, something you have designed yourself. As you browse through this website, you may notice pictures of a few objects that are totally unrelated to cars, but, nevertheless, required the very same skills to fabricate, as are used to produce a hand made car body, so no matter how unusual your request, we are always keen to discuss your ideas with you.

We are happy to supply these panels to anyone who would prefer to undertake the fitting themselves, or, maybe have someone you already use, to fit them on your behalf, or perhaps you are in the trade, but do not have the facility to produce these panels.

All the panels are made by ourselves to original specification, using our own jigs and patterns, and have been supplied to customers all around the world.
